Products covered by these Terms.
We offer:
Physical products sold via thechaoticmind.space ("Physical Products"); and
Product descriptions, pricing, and availability may change from time to time. We try to display information accurately, but errors can occur.
Orders and order acceptance:
When you place an order, you’re making an offer to buy the product(s) at the price shown (including any applicable taxes and shipping).
We may accept or reject an order (for example, due to stock availability, suspected fraud, or pricing errors).
An order is generally considered accepted when we send you an order confirmation, or when the item is dispatched (whichever happens first).
Pricing, taxes, and currency:
Prices are shown on the Site in [AUD/USD/Other] unless stated otherwise.
You’re responsible for any taxes, duties, customs charges, or import fees that may apply to international orders.
Payments:
Payments are processed via third-party payment providers.
We do not store card details. Payment providers may process your information in accordance with their own policies.
Terms & Conditions (Shipping, refunds & returns)
Shipping (international):
We don't currently ship internationally (coming soon). Shipping costs, delivery timeframes, and available shipping options will be shown at checkout.
Customs, duties, and taxes:
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and other fees charged by your country. These are your responsibility (and are separate from the price and shipping charged at checkout).
Delivery timeframes:
Delivery estimates are provided as a guide only and may be affected by factors outside our control (for example, customs delays, carrier delays, or peak periods). Chronic Illness Planners are currently made-to-order. Please keep this in mind when ordering.
Risk and title:
To the extent permitted by law, risk in Physical Products passes to you when the order is delivered to the address you provided.
Returns, refunds, and exchanges (case-by-case):
We assess returns/refunds on a case-by-case basis.
How to request
Email us at kiarn@thechaoticmind.space with:
Your order number;
What you purchased (physical or digital);
The reason for the request; and
Any supporting details (for example, photos of damage for Physical Products).
Physical Products:
Where appropriate, we may offer a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund. You may be asked to return the item before a refund is issued.

Because Digital Products can be accessed immediately, we may decline refunds for change-of-mind requests. However, we’ll consider requests where there’s a technical issue, an incorrect file, or another genuine problem.
Return shipping:
Unless required by law, you’re responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using tracked postage.

Cancellations:
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at sales@thechaoticmind.space. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to cancel it, but we’ll help you with the next best option on a case-by-case basis.
