The Chaotic Mind offers a comprehesive super customisable planner for your chronic illness, medical, adhd, and chaotic memory failing, everyday needs.
We have said no to throwing out diarys, notebooks and standard planners after using only a few pages because you really hoped they were 'going to work this time'. You can buy only a few of each page you want to try, to build the planner you actually need and WILL use. And if that page doesn't work for you, you're not wasting an entire book of paper.
We have also made a medical planner that will hold all your very necessary information you need with you at those critical moments that you cannot advocate for or even functionally speak for yourself.
The Chronically Important Information Planner Pages have the most comprehensive list of symptoms and conditions that you can find anywhere. It was made by our creator , owner and Functional Neurological Disorder suffering wizz in a bid to solve the issue constantly faced when struggling to get a diagnosis on ones own with an unreliable memory. No more turning up to one of a multitude of referrals not remembering which this one is for, or your entire list of symptoms instead of just those currently affecting you.
The Memory pages have been specifically designed to assist on those horrendously bad memory days when your support organisation happens to send you a support worker you've never met or don't recognise therefore causing everything in your brain to run out the door and cause you to forget everything you're meant to be doing that day and wipe you out for that day and possibly more. Plus more... but we'd be here all day.
Yes! Definitely! Everyone is different, every chronic illness is different, everyones needs and lives are different. If you have a specific need you cannot find anywhere else, this is what we are here for and our creators entire mission. So please, get in contact, send us an email with what you need and we will make it for you. And who knows you may not be the only one who needs it. We are an Aussie business based in Toowoomba, Qld. We ship all over Australia. We currently do not ship overseas from the website, but if you insist, pop us an email at sales@thechaoticmind.space and we will see if we can calculate shipping for you and put your order together manually.
The majority of orders are print-on-demand. Orders are packed and posted weekly on Mondays. We are based in Toowoomba, Qld so postage times after they are posted depend on where you are and how long Australia post takes to get it to you.
